Eccentric-Screw Pumps
Eccentric-screw pumps can handle liquids with different viscosity levels and chemical properties. These pumps have a precision mechanized single external helix metallic rotor and double internal helix elastomer stator.
The principle behind the functioning of these pumps is the working of the rotor and stator. The rotor is connected to the stator. When the motor is on, the rotor turns within the stator, and cavities are formed. A sealing line is formed along the axis of the rotor. The cavities carry liquid from the suction end to the discharge end of the pump.
